Sorry that I didn’t see this old post and you may have gone on in your journey. I worked with a non profit in Laguna Niguel http://www.art4healing.com which used art to help with grief processing.

The one thing that I have learned on my journey is that your terrible grief is testimony to the person who has gone to a better place.

    Take care.

    Hi Hank,

Just stumbled onto your blog after an article of yours appeared in my inbox from linkedin’s UWO Alum.

Enjoyed your article and blog, and had to laugh at what you say about marathon running. Isn’t it true it’s one of those things we do that have no reasonable explanation! I still love it anyway.

    Well, nice “meeting” you!

    Cheers,
    Caroline
